Role Description

We are hiring an Accounts Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of accounting experience and hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the company's day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping activities.

• Record and reconcile bank transactions, vendor payments, and customer receipts.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.

• Process employee reimbursements and support payroll-related activities.

• Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and financial analysis.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities when required.

• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.

• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and supporting records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, BBA (Finance), or a related field.
2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and Zoho Books is mandatory.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Knowledge of taxation, withholding tax, and sales tax regulations will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in an IT, software, technology, or digital services company is mandatory.
